We ondersteunen jongeren, vrouwen en gemeenschappen in het vinden van hun plek – zowel in Nederland als in hun land van herkomst – via onderwijs, ondernemerschap, maatschappelijke inzet en internationale solidariteit.

A message from the founder
My name is Mrs. Sawa Teme, I am a passionate woman with African roots. I was born in Kongo-Kinshasa and grew up in the Netherlands-South Holland and have indepth knowledge of both cultures, especially because I understand both cultures well. I created this organization sixteen years ago with the aim of meeting and discussing different cultures because i was a young mother migrating alone without family in Hollande, that’s where it all began. Since the beginning I have helped, encouraged, organized different meetings between different people, I make children and women smile, I have motivated, I have inspired, I have brought many people out of isolation, I have visited prisoners, i visited the sick, I have given my energy, I have visited orphans and even funerals, I have contributed to the life of Dutch and African society, I have done my part and I will continue to do, i,am a living flame, because I am a citizen of the world.
The organization was created from the beginning with two specific goals: to help poor children and women who are sick in Africa and the second objective is to promote social coalitions and meeting in Nederland. It was a big challenge and difficult for me to accomplish this goals as a single mother and also black migrant woman, to get the organization back to where it is today, but i have absolutely no regrets to be good! So in 2002 I decided to take a step back and create my own company . The same year I experiment a great oppression from the authorities, that forced me to precipitate my withdrawal from the foundation, so since this year i have not been in the management of the organization, but i see that all responsibility remains on my shoulders and when i say that i,m available everyone also leaves. The new team keeps coming to me for any questions, i understand that i,m de energy, the essenties, the force and the archievement lies on my schoulders , my whole life storyi is connected to this organization so i decide to help this organization in other ways…
